At Crossroads Care Surrey, we are on the search for new people with relevant and transferrable skills in keys areas including accounting & finance, digital marketing & fundraising, and clinical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bi-monthly board meeting and attendance at the Annual General Meeting.
  • Participate in strategic planning & policy decision-making.
  • Support the senior management team, adding value, expert advice; and
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting Crossroads to remain sustainable by getting involved to support the charity’s fundraising strategy.

What is a trustee? 

A trustee is a volunteer who serves on the governing body of a charity. They play a very important role in making sure that a charity is doing what it is set up to do. Trustees use their skills and experience to support the charity and help them to achieve their aims. 

What does a trustee do? 

Some of the key responsibilities of a trustee include: 

  • Ensuring the charity is achieving its aims 
  • Participate in strategic planning and setting the direction of the charity 
  • Support the senior management team, adding value and expert advice 
  • Look after the charity’s finances
  • Take care of the charity’s assets

Vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible services specified by Crossroads Care Surrey and Crossroads Direct.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change will be given, however any remaining balance may be retained for future use where applicable.
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Vouchers may not be resold.
Services remain subject to assessment, availability, eligibility criteria and service capacity.
Voucher redemption does not guarantee service availability on a particular date.
Crossroads Care Surrey reserves the right to amend eligible services or withdraw the scheme at any time. Any vouchers already purchased will continue to be honoured.
Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may only be replaced at the discretion of Crossroads Care Surrey and where proof of purchase can be provided.
