Giving in memory

Their legacy will live on through your gift and our work

Giving in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way to celebrate their life

Whether your friend or relative was a supporter of Crossroads Care Surrey, or benefitted from our services, we are grateful and humbled by your consideration of donating in their memory. Together, we can honour them, and support people like Tom and Sarah.

For nine years, Tom was the unpaid carer to his loving wife, Sarah. Caring for someone who suffers from dementia and epilepsy is challenging in itself, but even more so if you are 84-years-old. For the last five months of Sarah’s life, we were able to give Tom the support and respite breaks he so desperately needed. After Sarah’s passing, Tom sent a note to us and John, the carer support worker, who visited them weekly: “Thank you for your very kind words, it is much appreciated. Yes, it is a very tough time, but I am OK. I have my jigsaws and model trains. I very much valued the care and attention that you and the Crossroads team gave me.”

Your loving gift can help us support more families like Tom’s, at times when they need it most. Indeed, last year alone we helped over 3,500 unpaid carers and 1,500 families.
