After growing up on a farm I swiftly moved into the work of finance with the earlier part of my career being in the financial services sector. I made the move into the charity sector when I joined Crossroads back in 2012 and have not looked back. I am passionate about the work that we do and the much-needed support that we provide carers in Surrey.

Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, crocheting, eating out and spending time with friends and family.
My name is Ros. I am one of the team of service managers and have worked at Crossroads for two and a half years. I really enjoy my role and no two days are ever the same which I guess is fairly standard in the care industry!
I started volunteering as a carer during lockdown and I am now using my previous management skills and more recent care experience to ensure that our carers receive their much-needed respite breaks.
Outside of work I am currently studying for my NVQ5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and also enjoy trips to the theatre, gardening and socialising.
