On 29th February, Crossroads Care Surrey are hosting a recruitment information day for people who aspire to work with children who have special needs; including disability, illness or learning differences.
This is more than a job, it’s your chance to make a big difference to the lives of the children we work with. But you’ll also be doing so much more because you’re helping families to have all important time away from full time caring.
Playworker roles are part-time and flexible. We work together as a team so you can choose to work every Saturday or every second Saturday. We offer a competitive hourly rate and will provide you with the training you need to work with children in our care. All we ask is that you can get yourself to work each Saturday!
The open day is taking place on a Saturday when our club is closed, so you’ll be able to see first hand where you would be working each week. We have use of a ‘state of the art’ Mencap facililty. We have space for children to thrive with equipment including a sensory room and an interactive floor to support their every need.
