Elmbridge Road Runners raise £1,500 for children’s club

Elmbridge Road Runners wanted to do something amazing for the community in and around where they run. They decided to take on a fundraising challenge supporting our children’s club which is based in Walton-on-Thames raising a whopping £1,500. The Saturday Club is for children with disabilities and complex needs providing an opportunity to enjoy space and freedom away from home which is fun and educational – a chance to meet new friends and take part in their community. The children’s club benefits their Carers too; families have space and time outside their caring role to have a much needed break. The Club employs trained playworkers and is regulated by Ofsted.

Many thanks to everyone at Elmbridge Road Runners – you really are a terrific team of fundraisers!
