Nuffield Health are pleased to offer a free 3-day pass to Surrey Carers Card Holders.

• Only available at selected Clubs – valid pass must be downloaded for use

• Subject to availability and at Club Manager’s discretion

• Pass holders must call their local club to book an appointment before visiting the centre. Failure to book an appointment in advance may result in refused entry into the club

• Pass holders must bring photo identification to their appointment

To find out more, simply contact your local Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing centre and mention that you are a card holder. Membership discounts vary from each club dependent on location.
