Crisis Services : Drop-in services, Food parcels, Emergency items and more.

Empowerment Services : 1:1 Support with UC, Housing Application, Advocacy, Wellbeing, Money management and more.

Emergency Accommodation : Referrals to our Emergency Accommodation should be made via Surrey Heath Borough council – www.surreyheath.gov.uk/housing.

If you feel you are in urgent need then please drop in Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 2pm.

Our operating opening hours are 9:30am to 3:30pm. We would be pleased to make an appointment for you to see one of our team across these longer hours.

Thursday is the day for the team to carry out Outreach and Intervention services across the community.
