Us in a Bus is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, specialising in providing high quality, effective, innovative and unique services for people who we may find ‘difficult to reach’.

They work with a wide range of people who have profound learning disabilities, complex needs and sensory processing differences, all of whom find communication a challenge. The aim of their work is to create opportunities for people to fully express themselves. The therapeutic impact of this can be seen in people’s increased confidence and willingness to engage with others.
