The primary purpose of the Orchard is to provide care and stimulation for those suffering with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. This is done by treating each client with respect and giving them the dignity that is often lacking in society once they have been diagnosed. The centre operates in a very relaxed, friendly and happy environment. All staff are trained in dementia working on a 1-3 staff client ratio.​
