Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum (SMEF) supports and represents the needs and aspirations of a growing 23.4% ethnic minority population in Surrey. We provide support for over 60 grassroot community groups, build relationships between faith groups, and run projects to help ethnic minority groups across the county.
