The Good Neighbours scheme for New Haw and Woodham provides support to anyone who cannot be independent/mobile, and is available 7days a week.

Their aim is to link those with a little time to spare with those in the community who need and ask for help.  All drivers are DBS checked and carry proof of identity.

The scheme is available to help the residents of New Haw and Woodham living in postcode KT15 and is not age dependent.

What is available; transport to the doctors, hospital appointments, banks, post office, shops, hairdressers etc.

Also minor neighbourly practical help; filling in forms, shopping, collecting prescriptions and changing library books.
