Express is an independent user led organisation based in the borough of Kingston upon Thames.

Our aim is to support autistic people and their families, and promote awareness and acceptance in the community.

We offer:

Counselling for parent/carers

Counselling for autistic adults aged 16+

Connect Clubs for autistic young adults aged 16-19 and 19-25

Creative Therapy 1:1 and small groups for autistic young people aged 5+ including girls groups and teen groups

Drama Club for autistic young people aged 8+

Production and Film Club for autistic young people aged 16-25

BUDs pre-school group for autistic young people aged 3+

Siblings groups

Workshops and events

In addition we offer peer support for parents / carers in the form of a Mum’s group, Dad’s group and a specific PDA group. These are both online and in person. Please indicate on our registration form if you would like to be added to our WhatsApp groups, specifying which one. There is a wealth of peer support and experience shared.
