Crossroads Care Surrey is dedicated to providing information, advice and practical support to all unpaid carers, their families and the people for whom they care.
Through funding provision by the Better Care Fund (in collaboration with Surrey County Council, Surrey Heartlands ICS and Frimley Health & Care ICS), all unpaid carers have universal access to a range of fully-funded support services, from telephone and online support through to full care well-being breaks, to ensure the carer gets some all-important downtime.
Our services include care support for medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, MS or autism – just a few of the conditions our carers assist with.  We also provide care for those with physical disability, brain injury or learning difficulties where life is challenging and the person cared for is not able to live independently without the support of assistance from an unpaid carer, which is often a friend or family member.
We’ve been caring in Surrey for over 40 years and, with your help, can continue to provide care and support in the local community for those who need it most.
