The Surrey Young Person’s Substance Misuse service (SYPSMS) one-to-one support to young people and their families, a 24 hour help line, counselling and pharmacological support, as part of a tailored recovery approach for young people aged 11 to 25-years-old.

Using a harm reduction approach, which has the service user at the heart of what we do, we can provide one-off targeted education and harm reduction sessions, as well more specialist interventions for those who require a greater level of support.

The Surrey Young People’s Substance Misuse service is a voluntary, confidential service based on building positive and trusting relationships with the young people that we work with. We do not judge or impose our views, and work alongside the service user based on what they need and want. We work with the service user to support them to achieve their goals.
