A Dementia Navigator from the Alzheimer’s Society will be on hand to provide expert advice.

Find out about the support available, and helpful strategies for all the family. You can also share experiences with other carers in similar situations, and chat with our staff.

This will be a video meet up using Zoom and is open to all our registered carers although spaces are limited.
