If you have a direct payment card as part of your Personal Health Budget, or you would like to access additional support on a fee-paying basis, we would love to hear from you.

We have provided care and support in Surrey for over 40 years and will work with you to understand the care and support you need, to ensure you get a break from your important caring duties. Our professional Care Support Workers are friendly, compassionate, and fully trained to offer safe and caring support with all medical, behavioural, and personal support needs, all so you can get the break you need. We care for children and adults across Surrey.

If you would like to book a home care visit or would like to talk to us about our home care respite services, please contact us. Our team of experts will be happy to answer any of your questions and advise you of the best, most cost-effective solution available.

We know taking a break will support your health and well-being and give you respite from your routine and some time to relax, catch up with your favourite TV show, read a book, or visit a friend for a cuppa.

We also know that building a long-lasting and reliable relationship with one of our Carer Support Workers will be paramount, so we will endeavour to provide consistency wherever possible and remove any worries about having to find an alternative care provider.

If you would like to self-refer or refer a friend or family member please do so by completing the online form below, you will also be able to request a carers card via the form.  Please note, to submit this online form we will need the full names and addresses of the unpaid carer and cared for person.
