Gifts in kind make a huge contribution to our work. They enable us to fundraising more effectively and keep our costs down.
Here are some of the items we currently require:
- Raffle prizes for all fundraising events (for example; gift vouchers, holidays such as a weekend away, meals at restaurants and electronic equipment).
- Refreshments are always needed at our fundraising events.
- New, boxed games and puzzles for our Social Clubs, Care Cafe’s and Children’s Clubs.
- A digital camera and/or video camera.
Also known as ‘Give as you Earn’, is a really easy way to give support charities, including Crossroads. Donations from your payslip are made before tax. This means money that would normally go to HM Revenue & Customs is given to your chosen charity instead – so your gift could be worth up to 40% more! If your employer offers a payroll giving scheme, you can set up a one-off or regular donation to us.
