Working with us

At Crossroads Care Surrey, we provide a very different kind of care. We are not like other care providers, we are unique.

As the leading charity in Surrey supporting unpaid carers, we place professional Carer Support Workers in the home and community to take care of loved ones who cannot be left alone because they are ill, disabled or have a health condition. The care we provide is special, because it is tailored towards giving the carer a break, all-important time for themselves to look after their own health & wellbeing so they can keep caring for longer.

We aim to promote equality of opportunity for all. We value diversity and recognise different people bring different perspective.

Ideas, knowledge and culture is the difference which will strengthen our ability to provide the best level of service possible to support both Carers and their loved ones in need of care as we strive to deliver excellence.

At Crossroads Care Surrey, we are a charity making a difference for more than 2,100 carers every year.
