We provide ongoing support and assistance for those caring for someone in the last twelve months of their life.
Our End of Life Care support is available at some of the most difficult times in the lives of both the Carer and the person they care for. When someone has a life-limiting illness, it is reassuring to know that we can offer support and assistance throughout the last year, months, weeks and days of life. We understand how important it is to feel secure and safe with caring staff who can provide the professional support needed throughout this challenging time.
