This is followed by a 2 course lunch at 12.30pm with the meeting closing at 2.30 pm. A small charge is made for the lunch and transport.<\/p>\n<p>Most members are brought to the club by our Age Concern minibus or by a volunteer driver, although a few live nearby and walk to the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>We have the use of a large comfortable room with capacity for about 20 guests and 6 vounteers.<\/p>\n<p>Special occasions are celebrated such as Christmas, Easter, Jubilees and &#8216;noughtie&#8217; birthdays.<\/p>\n<p>If you, or someone that you know, would like to come along please contact our office to check on availability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Older people in the area meet on the 3rd Wednesday each month at the Banstead Centre On arrival, at 11am, members have a choice of coffee or tea and biscuits.
