OVO Extra Support is here to help our customers who need some additional help to manage and pay for their energy.\u00a0 Whether you’ve had a change in your circumstances or an ongoing need, we are here to help wherever we can.<\/p>\n

Am I eligible?<\/h2>\n

If you think you\u2019ll struggle to pay your bills and you\u2019re an OVO or Boost customer, then you might be eligible. It doesn\u2019t take long to apply for support and you\u2019ll get your answer right away.<\/p>\n

When you apply for support, things like household income, any disposable income, and medical needs will be taken into account \u2013\u00a0 to help prioritise those who need help most.<\/p>\n

We won\u2019t be able to offer everything to everyone \u2013 but we\u2019re hoping to help as many people as possible. Our specialist teams will be available to speak to any of our customers who are worried about energy costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
