Help paying your bill<\/h2>\n
If you’re having difficulty paying your bill, the sooner you tell us the better.\u00a0We can’t cancel the bill, but we may be able to suggest more manageable payment options.<\/span><\/div>\n

This page provides information on the additional support and payment schemes we offer and advice for customers facing debt.<\/p>\n

Our Priority Services Register<\/h4>\n

The\u00a0Priority Services Register<\/a>\u00a0(PSR) is free to join. It helps utility companies like us look after customers who have health, access or extra communication needs and helps us tailor our services to support households who need extra help. (If you require additional help from us, you may also be entitled to more support from your gas and electricity suppliers, so contact them to find out more.)<\/p>\n

Water Support Scheme<\/h6>\n

What is it?
\n<\/strong>A 50 per cent bill reduction that is funded through adding \u00a36 to other customers\u2019 annual bills.<\/p>\n

Who is eligible?
\n<\/strong>You could be eligible for this scheme if your yearly gross household income is:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Less than \u00a316,480 before any deductions, if you do not live in a London borough; or<\/li>\n
  • Less than \u00a320,111 before any deductions, if you do live in a London borough\n

    Disablement benefits are not included as income.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Breathing Space<\/h6>\n

    What is it?
    \n<\/strong>A way to pause payments if you need help getting back on your feet.<\/p>\n

    Who is eligible?
    \n<\/strong>Customers who have had a change in certain personal circumstances that has had an unexpected negative impact on income;\u00a0such as illness, redundancy or bereavement.<\/p>\n

    WaterSure<\/h6>\n

    What is it?
    \n<\/strong>A capped tariff for metered customers so you pay whichever bill is lower \u2013 the one based on your actual usage, or an average household bill.<\/p>\n

    Who is eligible?
    \n<\/strong>Only applies if your property has a water meter and:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Someone who lives there is on specified benefits or tax credits, and<\/li>\n
    • You have three or more dependent children under 19 living with you, or<\/li>\n
