Step Forward is a new project that offers one-to-one support and social group activities planned in consultation with attendees. These could include anything from sport, fitness, creative projects and emotional wellbeing support and advice.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduce stigma around mental health<\/li>\n<li>Improve the emotional wellbeing of young people<\/li>\n<li>Help young people to feel happier, more confident and resilient<\/li>\n<li>Improve social networks, helping to combat loneliness and isolation<\/li>\n<li>Provide access to volunteering and employment opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container
