All the exercises are done sitting on chairs.<\/p>\n<p>This is held at the British Legion Hall, West Clandon GU4 7TD (opposite the Onslow Arms) on Wednesday afternoons at 1.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>The class is one hour long followed by tea &amp;
