DESCRIPTION:Sit4tap class held at Capel Village Hall on Thursdays 11am-11:45am. \nThis class is a mixture of steps and exercise from a seated position ideal for those who have mobility problems. \nClasses are held weekly and the price is £6 a class. This is a drop in price\, you don’t have to enrol for a course of classes. \nYou also don’t need to have tap shoes\, as the simple steps can be done in trainers or comfortable shoes. \nYou don’t have to have any experience of dance or exercise classes to attend them. \nThere is a form to fill in asking about any health issues that the instructor needs to be aware of  as steps or movements can be adapted if necessary. \nThe class is fun\, uplifting and social.
