SUMMARY:Parkinson's UK - Pilates/PACET Classes
DESCRIPTION:We offer a weekly PACET class\, which is a combination of Pilates and PD Warrior exercises. All the exercises are done sitting on chairs. \nThis is held at the British Legion Hall\, West Clandon GU4 7TD (opposite the Onslow Arms) on Wednesday afternoons at 1.30pm. \nThe class is one hour long followed by tea & coffee afterwards for those that would like to stay. \nThe class is subsided by the Guildford & South Surrey Branch of Parkinson’s UK. \n\nWeekly every Wednesday  From 13:30 until 14:30\n\n\n\nCost  Yes\n\nPrimary contact\n\nGuildford and South Surrey Branch\ninfo@guildfordparkinsons.org.uk
