DESCRIPTION:Our Men’s Club meets on the first Friday of every month between 12pm and 2.00pm at The Day Centre in Banstead. This club is aimed specifically at our male clients who would like to get together with other men in a similar position to themselves and enjoy various activities\, a glass of beer and a light lunch. \nIf you’d like to come along to our next meeting please contact the office. There is a small charge of £5.00 to cover costs.

SUMMARY:Age Concern Banstead - ACB Lunch Club
DESCRIPTION:Older people in the area meet on the 3rd Wednesday each month at the Banstead Centre \nOn arrival\, at 11am\, members have a choice of coffee or tea and biscuits. This is followed by a 2 course lunch at 12.30pm with the meeting closing at 2.30 pm. A small charge is made for the lunch and transport. \nMost members are brought to the club by our Age Concern minibus or by a volunteer driver\, although a few live nearby and walk to the meeting. \nWe have the use of a large comfortable room with capacity for about 20 guests and 6 vounteers. \nSpecial occasions are celebrated such as Christmas\, Easter\, Jubilees and ‘noughtie’ birthdays. \nIf you\, or someone that you know\, would like to come along please contact our office to check on availability.
