DESCRIPTION:Guildford Group Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe hold a monthly get together on the last Tuesday of each month\, everyone is welcome to attend. \n\n\n\n\n\nAll members and their partners\, carers\, family members are welcome to attend these monthly social meetings. \n\n\n\nThese meetings are free of charge to attend although the proceeds from our raffle help to cover the cost of the hall hire as well as tea and cake. \nThey allow you to meet new friends\, learn from each other’s experiences and often hear a guest speaker whilst having light refreshments. \nThese meetings are held ‘in person’ on the last Tuesday of the month at Shalford Village Hall\, Kings Road\, Shalford\, Guildford Surrey GU4 8BQ. \nNew members please note that we meet at the Upper Hall\, (by the tennis courts) of Shalford Village Hall\, to arrive from 1.45 pm to start the meeting at 2.00 pm. \n  \nUpcoming meetings\, starting at 2.00 pm\, are: \n29 October – Peter Clutterbuck\, a member of our Branch\, will regale us with tales of his amazing adventures \n26 November – tbc \n3 December – Christmas lunch

SUMMARY:Parkinson's UK - Pilates/PACET Classes
DESCRIPTION:We offer a weekly PACET class\, which is a combination of Pilates and PD Warrior exercises.
