DESCRIPTION:Come and share in positive activities\, meet with those who will listen and get a brew. \nThe Wellbeing Cafe is aimed at people struggling with their mental health but perhaps it might be defined more broadly as ‘finding life a struggle at this time.’ \nIt runs from 2pm to 3.30pm in the cafe of the Dorking Christian Centre and offers a listening ear\, purposeful activity and a free refreshment. \nA caring and non-judgemental welcome is offered to all.
