Parkinson’s UK – Weybridge Thursday Exercise Group

Exercise, activities and a group lunch for people living with Parkinson’s.

There is currently a waiting list for this group: please contact Sue for details.

People with Parkinson’s will partake in chair exercises/speech therapy/ quizzes/memory games/singing (Not all at every session!) .

Coffee is available on arrival and there is lunch available.

Participants need to be assessed.

During this time the carers can have some respite.
