Are you caring for someone with dementia?
Do you feel isolated? Would you like someone to talk to, who knows how you’re feeling?
Pop down to see us on a Tuesday afternoon, 1.30 – 3.30pm either on your own or with the person you are caring for.
There are visits from professionals including Dementia Navigators from the Alzheimer’s Society and local solicitors that can advise on any legal issues.
On the third Tuesday of the month there is gentle exercises facilitated by John O’Shea, personal trainer.
The last Tuesday of the month, a light lunch will be on offer.
