Sunflower Café

Sunflower café provides friendly and interactive sessions for those living with dementia, their carers and those feeling lonely.

It runs every Wednesday from 10.30am-12pm with a varied programme of activities and time to chat and get to know others in the group. The sessions include creative work, reminiscence, games, movement, music and singing sessions as well as informative talks/ Q&A sessions for carers within the programme. Right at Home provide a member of their staff team to support the sessions who can also give advice on caring for those with dementia.

Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits always available.

This group is free of charge, however donations are welcome.
