Mental Health Services SaBP Carer Feedback Session

Led by Mental Health Carer Practice Partners a chance feedback your views on mental health services, sharing your thoughts and experiences to celebrate good practice and improve support for carers

It’s a chance both to celebrate good practice, and also share your views, and experiences, to see what might be improved, including how carers should be included in care plans.

We will be joined by staff from Luminus’s ‘Giving Carers a Voice’ programme.
