Grow and Glow is a free mental health support group exclusively for women.
The support group gives women a place to come together to engage in meaningful
discussions about mental health challenges, exchange coping strategies and foster strong
relationships with other members.
When: Weekly, every Wednesday 7pm to 8.30pm.
Where: Epsom Methodist Church, Ashley Road, Epsom, KT18 5AQ.
